Returns & Exchanges Policy
Cancellations:
We are unable to honor cancellation requests after your order is placed.
RESHIP
Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and a $10 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment.
If you wish to have your order re-sent there will be a $10 shipping & handling fee assessed.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Oops! Is there something that you are not satisfied with? While our return policy is strictly enforced for the safety and reputation of our business and customers, we will always be willing to speak with you to see how we can help.
Please read carefully below and reach out to us when you're ready!
Items eligible for exchange & returns:
- New in packaging
- Not worn or washed
- Within 12 days of delivery
- Exchanged for a product of equal value
- Free of odor, stains, and pet hair or any of the like and kind that would prevent resale.
- Purchased directly from customer. We will not accept any BST/Consignment products for return or exchange even if all other requirements are met. There must be an official Dragonfly Dreams Bamboo Order number and delivery confirmation provided in the name of the customer requesting the exchange or return. If your item was a gift, please have the original customer reach out to us to confirm purchase order.
Terms:
At the discretion of Dragonfly Dreams Bamboo, if the product appears used or damaged in photos / videos provided by customer that would have happened in transit or after delivery, product will not qualify for a return or exchange.
Dragonfly Dreams Bamboo reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

If your claim for return is accepted, we will send you specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.

*If a claim for return is accepted, it will be refunded at the promotion value.
*Promotions valid for specified day only. No price adjustments allowed and we are unable to add promo codes after an order is placed. Thank you for understanding.
SALE ITEMS AND FINAL SALE
Items purchased on Sale are considered FINAL SALE, thus they are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased using a promo code are eligible for return in the form of Store Credit ONLY (no refunds) within 14 days of receiving your product.
Loveys and teething rings are FINAL SALE for the sanitary safety of all babies and children
